Serge Sicular is Chief Resident at Mount Sinai Medical Center in New York City, where he is also President of the Housestaff Council. He has an extensive background in programming, education, and entrepreneurship. He created this site as an easy access educational teaching tool for on-line review of the imaging and pathology of all focal lesions of all major organ systems.
